We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for most jewelry. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all laboratory grading reports and tags attached. Custom-designed pieces are final sale.
How can I be sure of the diamond's quality?
Every loose diamond and significant center stone comes with an official grading certificate from independent laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or EGL, detailing the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight.
