Contact our client services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid, fully insured shipping label.
Secure Your Shipment
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as diamond grading reports and appraisals, inside a secure shipping container.
Quality Assurance Inspection
Upon arrival at our facility, our master jewelers will inspect the piece to verify its original condition and ensure that all security tags and stones remain intact.
Refund Processing
Once the inspection is successfully completed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or a store credit will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.
